Refund & Return Policy

Elena Okutova FZCO ("we," "us," "our"or "company"), takes pride in offering fine designer jewellery, made to a high standard with great attention to detail. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure it is free from defects before being delivered. Due to the unique nature of our jewellery, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

We highly encourage our customers to take the opportunity to request a personal viewing in Dubai or a detailed demonstration via video call to ensure that our jewellery meets their expectations before placing an order. Upon delivery, the customer is required to inspect the jewellery to ensure that it corresponds to their order and is free from any visible defects. By signing the receipt of goods, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the product, and no returns or refunds will be accepted thereafter, except in cases of manufacturing defects as outlined below.

Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects

In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect is discovered, the following policy applies:

  • The defect must be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • The customer must contact us via email at elena@okutova.com with the order number, a detailed description and a photograph of the defect.

  • We will arrange a collection of the jewelry at a mutually agreed time and location, at no additional cost to the customer.

  • Once received, our specialists will conduct a thorough inspection. This process may take up to 7 business days.

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to the same card used for the purchase within 5 business days of the defect being verified.

If the inspection reveals that the defect was caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or wear and tear, the jewelry will not qualify for a refund. In such cases, the jewelry will be returned to the customer at their expense.
